What benefits do we receive from being an owner at Woodhill Park?
As an owner at Woodhill Park you are entitled to the following benefits:
10 % off holidays at the park
Health & Fitness Club: No Joining fee and 50% off advertised tariffs
Forge & Terrace: 10% off food and drinks in the bars and restaurants at Kelling Heath for up to 6 people
10 % off holidays at the park
Zaks Restaurants of Norwich, Poringland and Thetford
10% off food and drinks at Zak’s restaurants up to 6 people
Holidays at both parks are subject to availability - only one special offer or discount per booking
Health & Fitness Club and Forge and Terace are subject to availability
Zaks Restaurants - only one special offer or discount per visit, discount unavailabe for bill settlement after 18:00 on Saturdays
What charges will we have to pay?
The annual charges for 2018 are:
Standard Plot £3,203.14
Premium Plot £3,494.34
This covers the plot fee, water, sewerage and business rates and includes VAT where applicable.
You will be required to have insurance cover and we can provide a competitive quotation offering excellent cover. Electricity is charged annually per units used, gas is charged per bottle.
What is our Security of Tenure?
The length of Licence Agreement term offered is determined by the holiday home size and price and whether the unit is new or used.
New holiday homes from the date of
A Licence Agreement term of fifteen years for caravan style units.
Used holiday homes:
Where a used holiday home is purchased, the date of first purchase of the unit is used to determine the length of Licence Agreement offered. This will be the unexpired period remaining of the term originally granted at the date of the unit's first purchase.

Are you open all year and can we live here?
We open from 1 March to 30 November each year.
Outside of this period you are not permitted to use or stay overnight in your holiday home. We will ask you to provide a named copy of your most recent council tax bill confirming your permanent residential address in the Mainland UK.
Can we hire out our Holiday Home?
Yes, however this is a private arrangement between the owner and guest. You are required to show that it is safe by the annual provision of portable appliance testing, electrical testing and gas safety certificates; we can arrange these on your behalf. All hirers are bound to comply with the rules of the park.
Are pets allowed in our Holiday Home?
Yes they are. However we request that dogs must be kept on leads at all times when taking them for walks around Woodhill Park.
Certain breeds of dog are not permitted on Woodhill Park in order to maintain the safety and wellbeing of all of our guests. These are: Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero or a cross breed of any of the breeds shown. If You are in doubt about whether your dog will be permitted, please contact the Park prior purchasing a holiday home. Dogs must be on a lead at all times and must not be left unattended. The Company reserves the right to require anyone who brings a dog onto the Parks (whether or not of the breeds referred to above) which is considered a nuisance, or is affecting the comfort of other guests, to remove it from the Park.
