General Information
Arrivals
All arrivals to check in at the Check In Cabin, located adjacent to the main car park
Touring from 12pm
Holiday Homes from 4pm
Departures
Touring – please vacate the pitch by 10am
Holiday Homes – please return your key to the Check In Cabin or Reception by 10am
First Aid
If the incident is life or limb-threatening you should call 999 immediately before alerting a member of staff on Park.
Woodhill Park has a number of trained first aiders able to assist with serious first aid incidents on Park. Please visit or contact Reception on 01263 512242 or if outside of their opening hours, please contact our Security Control Room on 01603 894209.
However, minor cuts, bruises, bites and stings should, where possible, be treated by another member of your party.
Please note:
If we provide first aid assistance, we require the consent of the injured party, and first aid will need to be carried out in the presence of a relative. If no relative is available, then with the consent of the injured party, another adult or member of our staff must be present.
When treating a person under the age of 18, the adult with responsibility for the child MUST be present and give consent for treatment on their behalf. Where the responsible adult is not available and the need for treatment is urgent, a chaperone, either another adult or member of our staff will, with the consent of the minor, be in attendance.
Defibrillator
A defibrillator is located at the side of the Reception building. In an emergency, please follow the usage instructions provided with the equipment.
Camping Gas
The shop offers a like for like exchange on camping gas.

Waste Management
We strive to ensure 100% of the waste on Park avoids landfill. Guests are encouraged to follow the guidelines below to help us achieve this. Bins are situated around the Park.
Our new waste management systems on Park include:
Recycling (clean items only)- Cans, plastics, card and paper
Glass - All mixed glass bottles and jars
General - Anything that can’t be recycled

Please be aware due to the exceptional warm and dry weather we are experiencing, THERE IS A VERY HIGH RISK OF FIRE in and around our Park.
Please remember
• Dispose of your cigarette butts safely – ensure they are fully extinguished – DO NOT THROW THEM ON THE GROUND
• Don’t leave bottles or glass in direct sunlight No open fires are permitted anywhere on Park
• Never leave a lit BBQ unattended Keep a bucket of water next to your BBQ
• Remember to safely dispose of your BBQ and do not empty hot ash into refuse bins
• Never use a disposable BBQ indoors or in a tent
• Never leave a lit BBQ indoors or in a tent
• Store gas cylinders outside, away from direct sunlight

Park Rules
General
Please restrict ball games to the Playing Field. Ball games are not permitted on the Touring Areas.
Noise & Anti-Social Behaviour
Out of respect for other guests, we kindly ask that
noise be kept to a minimum after 10pm. There will be an increased
level of vigilance from our Wardens and Security Guards this season to ensure
guests are complying with the Park rules and pitching instructions. A
continued breach of rules may result in guests being asked to vacate the Park.
No Smoking
We have a strict no smoking policy in all our
Holiday Homes. Electronic cigarettes are also not permitted indoors.
Pitches
When setting up your touring caravan please locate
the jockey wheel on the pitch number slab, as indicated at the time of arrival,
or place the corner of your tent as close as possible to this point.
Incorrect pitching may result in your being asked to set up again
correctly. If you need any help, please
feel free to ask.
Cars
Only one car per pitch, all second cars must
be parked in the car park.
Pets
Pets are NOT allowed in our Holiday Homes.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome in the designated Touring Areas
only at Woodhill Park but must always be kept on leads and are
not to be left unattended. Please clear up after your dog. Dog
bins are located around the
Park. Dogs may be exercised on the
meadow field.
Carbon Monoxide Advice
Carbon monoxide poisoning poses a real threat when
BBQ's (both gas and charcoal) are used incorrectly. We ask anyone
enjoying one to follow this advice:
Ensure BBQ's are used well away from your accommodation. At no point take BBQ's into your accommodation, touring caravan, or tent. Once finished, ensure that your BBQ is properly extinguished.
Drones
For public safety and privacy the flying of drones at Woodhill Park is prohibited.
Fire Rules and Regulations
Please be aware that during periods of warm, dry weather, there is
a heightened fire risk on Park. Please remember:
- To dispose of cigarette butts safely - ensuring they have been fully extinguished
- Do not leave bottles or glasses in direct sunlight
- No open fires are permitted anywhere on Park
- Never use a disposable BBQ indoors or in a tent
- Never leave a lit BBQ unattended
- Keep a bucket of water next to your BBQ
- Remember to safely dispose of your BBQ and do not empty hot ash into refuse bins
- Store gas cylinders outside, away from direct sunlight
- Campfires, Fireworks, Fire Pits and Chinese Lanterns are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
If you see or suspect a fire, immediately remove yourself from the area to a safe distance before raising the alarm by pressing one of the fire alarm sounders located on each of the touring facility blocks. These are grey boxes with a red button. Assembly point is adjacent to the car park.
Things to do on Park
Play Area
Our Play Area, inspired by Cromer Pier, will provide fun and
excitement for children with balance beams, see saws, slides, challenging
climbing walls and challenging obstacles for children to enjoy. Children must be supervised at all times
whilst using the equipment.
Walks from Woodhill
Woodhill Park is the ideal location to start from for a number
of attractive walks.
Cycle Hire and Routes
Woodhill Park is pleased to offer an extensive cycle hire service
for all ages through Huff & Puff Cycle Hire. They can also provide route instructions
starting and finishing at Woodhill Park.
Huff & Puff are based on our sister Park, Kelling Heath Holiday
Park, and will deliver to you at Woodhill free of charge. Please ask at Reception for a leaflet. This service requires advance booking - 07500
865095.
Bug Hotel
This is located near the BBQ Block facilities. A chance to explore and see nature up close.
Wildflower Meadow
This is located to the left of our Touring Field. This is a beautiful area where you can take a
stroll and enjoy the wonderful wildflowers and wildlife. This meadow area has been created into a
unique environment which is important for not only the wildlife, but also for
the aesthetics of the Park.

Local Area
We know that guests enjoy being able to
visit the local area. As you may be
aware, there is a degree of apprehension within local communities towards
tourism reopening and the additional pressures this may bring. You may be

the ‘You are welcome' campaign which promotes the safe reopening of the towns,
villages and beaches so that residents and guests can enjoy North Norfolk
safely.
