Can we use Drones during our stay?

Kelling Heath and Woodhill Park are both classed as ‘recreational areas’ by the Civil Aviation Authority. The use of Drones is therefore STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT BOTH KELLING HEATH AND WOODHILL.


Can I bring pets, are they allowed in the Luxury Holiday Homes?

We do not allow any pets in our luxury holiday homes.
Pets are allowed on the touring areas.


What are the rules for dogs on the touring areas and are all breeds of dog welcome?

We allow a maximum of two dogs per pitch. Please be aware, dogs must be on leads at all times and must not be left unattended. Please clear up after your dog and use the bins provided.
We do allow dogs to walk throughout the park although they must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.

We would refer you to our Booking & Hiring Conditions point 14 (b)which states:
(b) Dogs are only permitted on touring pitches booked on the designated touring pitch dog area (subject to a maximum of two dogs per pitch at Kelling Heath Holiday Park).
Certain breeds of dog are not permitted on Kelling Heath or Woodhill Park in order to maintain the safety and wellbeing of all of our guests. These are:
Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero or a cross breed of any of the breeds shown.
If you are in doubt about whether your dog will be permitted, please contact the park prior to booking for confirmation.
Dogs must be on a lead at all times and must not be left unattended.
We reserve the right to require the owner of any dog (whether or not of the breeds referred to above) considered a nuisance, or affecting the comfort of guests, to remove it from the Park.

Do I need to bring my own sheets and bedding?

No, all sheets and bedding are provided and the beds are made up ready.


Do I need to bring towels and tea towels?

Yes you will need to bring your own towels, tea towel is provided.


Is accommodation wheelchair friendly?

The Luxury and Classic ranges are not wheelchair friendly.


Can cots/high chairs be hired?

Yes cots and highchairs can both be hired from reception, although we do ask for a small deposit which will be refunded when brought back.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to hire one as numbers are limited.


Do the Holiday Homes have a DVD and radio?

All Holiday Homes have a DVD and radio.


How big are the touring & camping pitches?

There are five pitch styles to choose from:

XL Hard Standing Pitch Fully Serviced
Minimum size 100 sq metres. Pitch & Hire of electric hook-up point, service included if required. Water, waste & TV connection, hard standing area

XL Grass Pitch Fully Serviced
Minimum size - 100 sq metres Pitch & hire of electric hook-up point, serviced included if required Water, waste & TV connection.

XL Grass Pitch With Electric
Minimum size - 100 sq metres Pitch & hire of electric hook-up point, service included if required

Grass Pitch With Electric
Pitch & hire of electric hook-up point, service included if required.

Grass Pitch Non Electric
Pitch only, no services


Do all pitches have electric hook up?

No, the GRASS PITH NON ELECTRIC does not have electric hook-up.


I am on a pitch with electric hook-up, if I do not use electric do I have to pay

 All pitches with electric hook up points included within the nightly tariff, the service is available if required.


What do I need to connect to the electric hook up point?

You will need a 16 amp outdoor cable, with adaptor cable. Subject to availability these are available for purchase from the Woodhill Store, or from most camping shops.


Do I receive discounts when booking online?

If you have a valid offer code then you are entitled to the offer discount. For Welcome Back Breaks and the published offer for touring caravans and tents you will need to bring the original booking confirmation with a valid voucher code to show on arrival.

Can I request a specific holiday home or pitch when booking online?

When booking online all holiday homes and pitches are allocated in order of availability so if you have a specific holiday home or pitch you wish to book please call our bookings team on 01263 512242.


How can I pay for my holiday?

We accept credit cards except American Express and cheques though no cheques are accepted less than 2 weeks before arrival.


When/How will I receive confirmation?

Confirmation will be sent to you on the day of booking.
If this is via e-mail it will be received the same day if it is by post please allow 2-3 working days.


Can I pay when I arrive?

To be allocated a pitch all payment is needed at the time of booking or 6 weeks prior to arrival.
We can however make provisional bookings that we can hold for 5 days without payment at which time we would need £75 per week or part week for Holiday Homes and Touring pitches to secure the booking.
During low season touring and camping visitors can arrive without paying but you will not have been allocated a pitch prior to your arrival.


What do I need to bring with me to check in?

Your confirmation that you have received either through the post or via e-mail is all that is required to check in.
For Welcome Back Breaks and the published offer for touring caravans and tents you will need to bring the original booking confirmation with a valid voucher code to show on arrival.


What time can I arrive/depart?

Arrival time is 12pm for touring visitors and 3pm for Holiday Homes. Departure time is 10am for touring visitors and Luxury Holiday Homes.


Am I allowed to have a BBQ?

All Holiday Homes have their own brick built BBQ but you will need to bring your own equipment.

You can have a BBQ on the touring areas.
All barbecues must be raised off the ground and bricks are available for this purpose if required, please ask in Reception.

BBQ's must not be left unattended at any time and please do not dispose of barbecues in the refuse bins.

Open fires and Chinese lanterns are forbidden due to the risk of fire, thank you for your cooperation in this matter.


How do I get more information on buying and owning my own holiday home?

Please contact the Woodhill Reception or call our Holiday Home Centre at Kelling Heath on 01263 589900.


How far is it to the beach?

Woodhill is located on the cliffs at East Runton and enjoys commanding views of the coastline. However, there is no direct access to the beach from the park but access is available a short drive away or within walking distance.
The Reception team at Woodhill will be pleased to provide directions.


How do I book Seashell events?

Events and activities can be be booked a week in advance and are subject to availabilty and weather dependent.

All children should be accompanied by an adult and prior booking at reception is required unless stated.

Please be aware that there are limited spaces available for some events and these will be booked on a first come basis.


Will I need a torch?

Guests are advised to bring torches for their own convenience.


Do you have a cash machine

Cashback- We do not have a cash machine at Woodhill Park, the nearest is at Cromer or Sheringham.
