Book a short break with us, whether in one of our comfortable Holiday Homes or by bringing your own tent, touring caravan or motorhome to stay on one of our pitches.
Take in the spectacular clifftop views, enjoy peaceful coastal walks, and get a real feel for what makes Woodhill Park such a welcoming place to return to again and again.
After you’ve booked your holiday with us, should you be interested in purchasing a new Holiday Home – contact the Sales Team on 01263 589900 who can arrange for complimentary access to the Health & Fitness Club and exclusive Owners lounge at our sister Park, Kelling Heath, along with a game of golf at Sheringham Golf Club!
These can be used during your stay with us so you can enjoy the experience as an owner, whilst you take in the breath taking clifftop surroundings and the fantastic North Norfolk location.
Our Sales Team will be on hand to show you around the Park, answer your questions on how the buying process works, and find the right Holiday Home for you on our lovely new development!
When you agree to purchase, the cost of your holiday will be shown as a reduction from your new holiday home.

- Offer applies to purchases of new or company pre-owned stock (excludes agency sales).
- The lead booker must be listed on the purchase agreement.
- The sale must be completed within the current calendar year.
- The cost of one accommodation booking (excludes extras, meals, or activities, maximum 7 nights) will be deducted from the purchase price of the Holiday Home.
- Booking must be made directly with Kelling Heath Holiday Park or Woodhill Park.
- Valid for arrivals at either Kelling Heath Holiday Park or Woodhill Park in 2026 and Holiday Home purchases made in 2026.
