Booking your Holiday with us

Whether you’re joining us for a weekend break or a longer holiday, please take a moment to review our terms & conditions. You’ll also be prompted to read them during the online booking process.

 

Booking deposit update and new Terms &Conditions for 2026 onwards

We’re making some important updates to our booking process for all 2026 stays, including a change to our deposit system and an update to our Terms & Conditions.

Updated deposit system

    • The deposit will be 20% of the total hire charge, or £100, whichever is greater.
        • If your booking total is over £500, your deposit will be 20%.

        • If your booking total is under £500, your deposit will be a flat £100.

Booking Terms & Conditions – what you need to know

To make things easier, here’s a quick summary of how our updated booking terms work:

    • More than 42 days before your stay:
        • Pay either the deposit (as outlined above) or the full hire charge to secure your booking.

    • Less than 42 days before your stay:
        • The full hire charge is required at the time of booking.

    • Security Deposits:
        • In some cases, we may request a refundable security deposit to cover any damage or extra cleaning. We’ll let you know if this applies to your booking.

    • Final Balance:
        • If you’ve paid a deposit, the remaining balance is due 42 days before your stay. If not received in time, your booking may be cancelled.

Please note the changes to deposits for all 2026 arrivals

The booking deposit will be the greater of either 20% of the total hire charge or £100.

If your booking is made less than 42 days before the start of the hire period, the full hire charge will be due at the time of booking.

FAQ’s

We’ve kept our deposit rate unchanged for many years. This update brings us in line with other operators and ensures our policy remains fair and sustainable.

The deposit will be the greater of 20% of the total hire charge or £100.

This change applies to all bookings made for 2026 onwards. All existing 2025 bookings will remain under the original deposit terms.
