Kelling Heath & Woodhill Holiday Park Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The competition is promoted by Kelling Heath Holiday Park, operated by Timewell Properties Ltd trading as Blue Sky Leisure, a company registered in England (Company No. 747225), with its registered office at Blue Sky Leisure, 11 Meridian Way, Meridian Business Park, Norwich, Norfolk, NR7 0TA (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1 The competition will run from 17 February 2026 to 22 February 2026 (“Competition Period”).
3.2 Entry is via completion of the official competition form only.
3.3 Only one entry per household is permitted.
3.4 Entries received after the Competition Period will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
4.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
4.2 The winner will be drawn on or after Wednesday 25th February 2026.
4.3 The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of the draw and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.
4.4 If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5. Prize
5.1 The prize consists of an off-peak, three-night stay on a grass pitch with electric hook-up at either Kelling Heath Holiday Park or Woodhill Park, for up to six people.
5.2 The prize is subject to availability and excludes peak periods. The prize must be taken during non-peak weeks in 2026 (dates to be confirmed by the Promoter).
5.3 Any additional extras, including extra people, dogs and awnings must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking.
5.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
6. Data Protection and Publicity
6.1 The Promoter will use personal data supplied by entrants for the purposes of administering the competition only, unless separate marketing consent is given.
6.2 Entry into the competition is not conditional on opting in to receive marketing communications.
6.3 If a participant opts in to marketing communications, their data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
6.4 The winner agrees that their name may be announced by the Promoter for promotional purposes.
6.5 The information you provide will be used for this competition only and not shared with other parties outside the competition.
7. General
7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
