Woodhill Park Seashell Events 2012


Seashell Events are held during the main holiday periods giving children and families the opportunity to enjoy activities that are linked to the natural environment.

ROCK POOLING AND FOSSILS
Explore the West Runton rock pools with Nick Acheson. Search for fossils amongst the pools at low tide. Wednesdays from 20thJuly, times dependent upon tides and will be advertised in reception weekly.

MOTH TRAPPING
Join Peter Walton to discover the wild and wonderful moths that live life on the edge. Weekly at dusk, times advertised in reception

Fun Sports for children. 
Which sport is played depends upon how many wish to take part.

Tuesday 5 June 8.30pm Cliff Top Birds and Wildlife with Peter Walton
10.30pm Moth Trapping and identification

Wednesdays, 6 June
Rock pooling and Fossils on the beach with Nick Acheson.  2 hours of facts and interesting finds for all the family.

Mondays 16 July to 3 September
10.30 to 12.30 Fun Sports for children.
